Weather Policy

We run our Paddle board and kayak tours and rentals in any weather conditions except lightning and high winds. You should assume that your trip is still running as scheduled unless you hear differently from our office.

Weather related cancellations will be made at least an hour prior to your outing start time at Kostal Enterprice LLC . Customers will receive a credit due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If you have any questions about your trip in regards to weather, please call our office at 1-855-KOSTAL1

Cancellation Policy 

If You Have to Cancel:

If you choose not to purchase the cancellation insurance and need to cancel, we are offering two options for this year, as long as we are informed 2 days or more in advance of your trip: You can choose to rebook to another date or receive a gift card in the total amount you paid. Gift cards never expire and can be used during our normal operating season.
